how i mean is there any tutorials?

Where do I edit this? I mean, I have the code to copy/paste into, but how do I open the file and where is it in my server files? Plz help!

Also my server is a Bliss server if that matters. -Srr

I'm new to this forum, so I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to post this. I will start off by saying I have my own private server I just want to know how to make a custom loadout, I have absolutely no idea. Any tutorial, or quick how-to guide would be awesome! THANKS! -Srr
