Hmm I'm sorry mate I don't know. I would email Juan Carlos. Tell him everything you have done and see what he says. Maybe something needs configuring from his end. I wouldn't worry about it too much at the moment anyway, its extremely buggy....keeps connecting and disconnecting automatically...
