Dont think Intel or AMD is a big difference really, but use cortez files, set maxzombie on 30 and limit per player on 10. works great for me and the AI and choppers wont lag at all. Any other servers thats got speeded by 3x? 3minutes on the server is 1minute irl.

Dont you get huge lags with 55 players? i just limited my server to 40.

Im running 50, will report back if players are whining about loot :)!

What files do you run? because i have a huge different in FPS.

I did try run Cortez files for 1hour but my servers FPS got so low everyone started to rubberband (29players with 3-4fps) i had 5-7fps with my old files with 50players and no rubberbanding, i dont get this... its so wierd... I VOTE FOR GITHUB!

hmf my serverfiles are fucked, the time is like 6times faster than it should be, 10seconds irl are 1minute on the server. So use cortez files http://dayz.epm-gaming.co.uk/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=19 I think they should work.

i run 3-5fps with 50 players now, im running AMD not Intel. You should put your slots on 40-50 and not 75 :p We will try Cortez files after the next reboot.

Just upgraded my server hardware to AMD Phenom II BE 4.0GHz OC, 8GB of ram and an old Intel SSD. I got 50fps with 10players now, before i had 15fps... this is amazing :). Need to get an AMD 5.0GHz CPU later haha!

You should really ask your serverhoster because you pay them for this not us :). I think ppl here only wants to support people that have there own hardware.

My server froze again today with 30 players. i will try your method too :)

Anyone knows how to disable the AI ingame so the server can save some CPU cycles :O

It seems the files that got leaked was bad but Cortez will release his modified files soon so wait and try them.

Ok, i got 7-8fps with 20players today so a big improvement from 2fps :D

Is that with 1 player? if so same problem i had.

Didnt work with DayZ Origins either :/ To bad it looks great.

Edited the original leaked files and got my FPS to 30-35 with 1 player so its better now.
