2. I must luck intro the Baracks File but you can open it without problems but its tricky :P

Not sure i will add more Weapons and Vehicles but i must ask the Creatore of the Mods if i can add it.
Top Left is Debug Island. I think this Island have this name and evry one know this. Its sine 0.34 (First Lingor Release)
Its not a bug. You have to wait to spawn loot but i can change the distance to spawn loot.

I thought the same but loot spawn. We have found after the 10th building loot.
And the Loot spots are defined:
