so, this carepackage code on this page is for non bliss servers correct? --lol ill build.pl german to my brain... will be quicker. lol

hey guys, so im trying to get these carepkg's and wrecks in my server but they are not spawning in. i was able to change he heli crash loots and the amount that spawns but not the others. iv been running the build.pl and adding each to the pbo files but with no luck. anyone know a way to...
