I used to play on a server where when someone was kicked for hacks or for any reason I believe the music of "another one bites the dust" would start playing for like 5 seconds. Now having my own server, I would love to learn how to do this and I can't ask them since their server was shut down...

I was correct bud. The text that you replace with loadScreen=blabla was wrong.. You need to put a space between loadScreen and the = sign and what goes after it, which no tutorial said. ex: loadScreen = kljdfljdl;kj

Did you add them in via MapEditor? Because, they might vanish when you get close or blow up when you get in them. NEVER spawn vehicles in by map editor. But, if that's not the case...sniff*...I have no idea.
