I have to use USVehicleBox because I'm pretty sure the default box is for vanilla only. Anyways, it is not appearing at ground level, it is half sunk in the ground. Some times you can't even see it.
I have literally the exact opposite opinion. PBO manager ALWAYS neglects to put the PBO prefix into my pbo. I've never actually been able to solve it. Doesn't matter how many times you edit the prefix tab to match your server directory. CPBO has always worked for me 100% of the time.

Yes very similar to what DZMS does but I actually like the battle royale version much better. It is independent of any mission, it happens at set intervals, and the helicopter/plane is cleaned up automatically. Also the carepackage doesn't spawn loot until a player gets close to it.

The code isn't my code it's arma 2 battle royale written by player unknown ages ago. However the script lacks any kind of marker for the carepackages so unless you see it fall you'll never know theres one around. I wanted to change this!

No. Honestly new keys are so dirt cheap. The cheaters who know what they're doing are hard to catch and when you do they join right back with a new key. My ban list at one point was simply massive and I still never really caught anyone.
