Added this, had no errors but theres no mouse wheel to remove, It's a reality server. I've done everything

Tried this for 1.7.7.1, Having an issue with it actually not showing. This is for a Reality server, It's not error'd it just isn't showing.

Hi, I own a dedicated 70 slot server, we're having a bit of an issue How come when a vehicle blows up, it doesn't respawn in the designated spawn point? :/ I think it's re spawning at the spot it blew up rather than the spawn point Thanks
