You are spawn everytime on the exact same place after relog and death?
or is it
You stuck on the loadingscreen and can hear the sounds?
Any other language you may wanna try to speak here?

ok so just to get clear here:
You have traders that are working just fine, when you look at them and use the normal epoch trading menu?
You can buy and sell to most of them just 2 Traders or 2 Areas in which you only cant sell them stuff?
they are some points which can cause your problem.
Best thing is your post your server_traders.sqf
which skins you use for traders and your fn_selfaction.
If the Option not even shows up then it has to do something with your fn_selfaction. If its only shows up on certain NPCs it has something...
in my opinion the easiest way is following:
in your vehicle spawn code just add:
_this addEventHandler ["GetIn",{
