Do you start your server (arma2oaserver.exe) as administrator? If yes, let BEC start with administrator privileges too.

Did you unpacked dayz_server.pbo? If yes, check the rpt if it can't find dayz_server stuff like server_functions.sqf. If it gives you this errors you need to repack dayz_server with the correct pbo prefix.

Did you make a slip while writing or did you really set it to 1? It needs to be 0 if you want to disable spawn selection.
