Hi there.
Since a lot of dayz I have been trying and trying and trying and googeling and trying and trying so hard to find out how to do this thing which should do this:
player joins dayz server > onPlayerConnect script launches > script tells to make the player say "Player connected" over...
I have made my own script which gives warnings to anyone who is not whitelisted,
and eventually kills them. It does not have those ugly PLAIN DOWN messages, but the more eye pleasing:
taskHint :) Looks very slick.
It gives custom enter/leave messages for whitelisted and non whitelisted people...

Looking for a No PvP and no stealing DayZ Epoch server?
You found it!
Server Rules:
PvP = BAN (means that player killing is not allowed)
Stealing = BAN
Only vehicles at traders for trading, not parking
No base building within 300m of public...
yeah I forgot that part about using modified data stuff.... That makes it even more spammy indeed.
Though, I might have something that works: I am using the cutscene intro script and I thought it would be kinda cool if I make a script that makes the logging player say something over global chat...
It indeed does that. And to make it even worse: I have a whitelist on my server, and this is what happens when somebody
joins that is not whitelisted:
Player TheDude connecting
Player TheDude connected
Player #23 TheDude (*GUID*) has been kicked by Battleye: Admin Kick (Join our whitelist here...
Hello peeps,
Since a long time I really want this on my server, and I would be very happy if some guy could help
me with it. The thing I would like to have is a message ingame via "SystemChat" that someone is joining the server.
I can see that myself when I join and I get into the lobby, but...
hey peeps,
On my dayz server I am trying out an area which is "nuclear radio active", contains good loot but kills the player
if he/she is longer in than certain amount to simulate getting killed by radition.
To add a lot more realism to my radio active zone, I would like to add the...
Hi, I would like to know how to change the time between each zombie and/or lootpile cleanup.
I hope that making the interval bigger will give my server more room to breath with more players in.
I am running DayZ Epoch 1.0.2.3 and would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the...
Hi there,
Is there anyone else getting really upset while using the "text editor" for posting new threads?
Sometimes, text just won't change the font, font size, color, bold/italic, etc. etc....
Other times it works but most of the time it just does not work!
Also, a lot of the times putting...
I have seen this issue if you use Rmod and the other clients do not.
If it is this bug, then you should hear the bullet hitting target, but not the shot itself.
I might be totally wrong here, but just make sure you are not loading Rmod if the server does not use it.
Hey all,
I have a server running hosted by DayZ.ST and I was wondering if there is somebody here
that could tell me how I can make the Bliss loop messages from the 'messages' table
appear not all-caps like they do by default.
I have seen it on YouTube videos where people are playing on servers...
Hi there,
Ok so here's the thing:
I have my server running Celle 1.9 and Rmod 2.1
The problems I have is:
- Celle Guns in ammo boxes are invisible (no picture, no model, nothing)
- if ACR skin is used (is from DayZ Conflicts, skins here: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=11069) people who...
Hi all,
Well, the title pretty much says it all.
The messages that can be put in using Bliss database that appear as all-caps
messages ingame via global chat, can that text be "un-capsed"?
I have found code in server_monitor that I suggest is taking the messages from the Hive,
but can not find...
Hey all!
First I have to mention that Celle is one hack of a kick-ass map.
Really beautiful, lots of wonderful wood ideal for hiding cars, etc. etc.
Here the question:
- Can I edit the Celle map in 3D editor like Chernarus, Taviana and Lingor?
