Dayz.st ftp access or snapbuild without ftp

I'm not sure what else to do but ask for help at this point. I've scoured google and every forum I can to find a way to either access the ftp server with dayz.st or install a snap build withou needing ftp access. Can anyone please help me out?

I've followed the instructions to connect to my ftp server for dayz.st and keep getting error messages and can't find any snapbuild scripts that don't require ftp acess anywhere. Thanks in advance.

Good luck getting them to reply to your support request, if you cannot connect to the FTP this is there fault and you should look to this page for help https://dayz.st/contact and thats all you can do.
