HELP! laggs :/ & heli rearm pad

hey guys i have 2 big problems...

1. since i updated my server on 0.2.4 there are to much laggs and desync. before it was all ok. i have no idea whats the reason for it...

2. works the helipads to ream for example the venom after the patch? cause, there is a player on my server who told me that he can readd the rockets for example at helipads from overwatch (neaf).

how can i deactivate this?

I have more lags with 0.2.4 update too. It is related to innovation such as
"Changed - A few Public Event Handlers moved client side." and "Changed - New Cleanup script, replacing the server_cleanup.fsm"
