Help removing destroyed vehicles

I've been trying to find the code in the server cleanup...if thats even where it's at to make destroyed vehicles despawn faster. Im lookig for destroyed cars and helis to be cleaned up from the server about every 5-10 minutes. I run a pvp server with a lot of vehicles that cause unwanted fps drops to the players. Any help would be great guys, thanks.
