Need help updating my dayz.st from 1.0.0.1 to current(1.0.1)

So in a nutshell, I'm figuring all this stuff out as I go. As it stands, I've updated all my BE filters to stop all the booting, after I had done this I got some random missing file jargon, so I reset to regular dayz. After a few days, I decided to try my hand at updating the PBO and such( not clue what that is or means), so I reloaded with epoch on my server control panel, but not I'm stuck with a 1.0.0.1 server, so my question(as stated in my title :p) is how do I update it. Also please treat me as If I have no clue as to what your talking about, as I don't.

A final note is that I currenly have the program pboviewer .08, and filezilla.

the 1.0.0.1 will be the version of epoch not the version of dayz. but if you have any questions about updating thinks like that it's best to email [email protected]. and for the pbo program I use pbo manager (it's better) and also if you're going to be editing pbos with epoch mod you need to be using scripts that dont write to the database as epoch isnt setup like normal dayz mods they're not using a reality build database (type of database) you should go on the irc Chanel too from the site they're usually really helpful.
 
I appreciate the advice, as I left out that I had been following up with them, I'm here to talk to the community about possible advice and such on how to solve my current dilemma. Now that that's out of the way, my dayz mod is current, which is not what I'm trying to update, its the dayz epoch mod, which is sitting at 1.0.0.1( initial release), and I was looking to update it to 1.0.1(current). As there is only information out there about how to install the server on your "own" server, and none for the servers from the commercial server sites, I came here looking for a bit of advice on how to do such, I read through some forums addressing how to modifiy the PBO for the Dayz Mod, but none of this information was helpful in relation to, solving my current issue.
 
Yep, got an email a little while ago from them. Because of the nature of file's that need to be edited, I won't be able to do it from my end. There working it currently, but did not have an ETA yet.
