Here it is, my first base that I have ever released. I am posting this as a thank you note for all of those who have helped me.

How to Add to your server:
Save file as militaryc.sqf
Then put into your Mission PBO
At the end of your init.sqf write [] ExecVM "militaryc.sqf";
Repack your PBO and upload.
