Trade City Safe Zone

Hi does anybody have a script or know of one that would make the trade citys on Epoch safe zones so players inside a set radius cannot be killed?

I've had a look around the forums and can't seem to find anything.

I would think it would work on any, however you will need to check your BE filters for God Mode and such.
