Just bought a server. cant figure out anything about customizing loot or debug. I really dont know anything. If someone could skype with me that would be great.

Not sure about dayz.st as i have http://www.xstreamgaming.net/ and i have access to all my files and database

for the loot table tho you need to look into day_code i think

DayZ.st is simple with all you need at the cp, no need FTP unless you want to change Battleye filters.
