When people take damage from shots/Zombies

It isn't showing the blood '+' animation and it doesn't go down, yet your taking damage

Does anyone know what's wrong and how to fix this? :/

The + animation? You mean the + that shows on the blood icon? If so that only shows when you are bleeding, not when you take damage.
 
Sounds like you are having client side lag problems. I've yet to come across a way to reduce it.

It's for everyone on the server,

There's no log we easily hit 50 Players and have no lag. Even with a low amount it's just not showing the animations going down when it should, think it could be a script interfering ?
 
just because your not seeing lag, dosnt mean there isnt lag, for example when ur at 50 players things like the timings on the heli crashes wont be accurate, u set them to 15 mins, and at 50 players ull start to notice them coming in at 20 mins 30 mins 40 mins etc. What you said there strikes me a classic sign of lag that I see on my server all the time when there is lag.

Are you running a dedicated server? if not then at 50 people ur deffo gonna hit some lag.

If it still does it when ur server is locked and just u and a friend on shooting each other, then yes it is a script
