Errmah Gawd another importing custom skins thread

Before all the link crazies start throwing 100 links at me for 'how to import custom skins to your server', make sure you have actually read them, the entire thread. Because I have.

I really want to impress upon everyone that I have done my homework and read everything I can find and have even gone on to teamspeak and talked with several of these authors with no luck.

Here's where I'm at. I do not want to use rmod. I run a DayZ.st server, which means I have access to 2 files: mission.pbo and server.pbo. I want to use the database to set models in custom loadouts so when players die they automatically respawn with whatever model I set them to. I am also playing around with Fred's Wardrobe http://opendayz.net/threads/release-freds-wardrobe-v1-0.9327/#post-34285. I can get the skins to change, I can see myself in the skin, but am invisible to other people.

I have changed the server_Playerlogin.sqf to include all the skins I have added to the Fred's wardrobe.
I have also tried adding in the skin names under the compile lines in the server_functions.sqf.

I considered editing the dayz_anim pbo and redirecting the server.pbo to read the modded files and packing them together (like you do for the Fred's wardrobe) but can't find what file points to the dayz_anim.

Thank you for your help.

I think it's impossible because some skins are "hardbanned" and some are "softbanned". The Hardbanned ones can't be put into dayz without client modification (e.g. rmod2.1). The Softbanned are regulary banned BUT the can be unbanned server side (as you know). So i don't think it will be possible to unban serverside more skins than you already read in the tutorials.

I hope it helped a bit.
