[Fixed] Fuck you steam Beta!

OpenDayZ Rockstar!
Ok Here is my issue I have a VPS with a steam beta server running but if I try and launch arma 2 on my machine I cannot it says already running on another machine, anyone got a fix, do I need to buy another copy of the game :(.
