Looking for help to set up a Bliss Hive private server

Looking for help setting up a Bliss hive private server. What i would like.....

1. Custom amount of vehicles (min 100) all repaired at spawn.
2. Custom load out.
3. Side chat text only
4. BEC installed and basic setup
5. Auto restart every 4 hrs and set time to 8am on every restart.

Ok.... while waiting for the hosting campany to figure out why dayz wont load any one wana take a look and see why my server is not working ? ... its stuck at waiting for host
