Modifying Spawn Rates?

Hi,

I'm aware you can change the tables of spawns by editing things but is there a way to actually just edit the spawn rate of things?

I'm wanting to up the rate of Anti-Biotic's on the server for 1.7.7 but unsure where to look,

Any suggestions? Thanks ! :)
