Need Help, Items not Spawning in Buildings anymore

I have recently installed R3F, Slightly Better Debug Monitor, and Sarge's AI Scripts to my friends Lingor server. Everything is working perfectly mod-wise, but now i have noticed that no items are spawning in buildings. This is the only problem i have seen so far. I think someone noticed it also after we installed R3F and Slightly Better, and right before/ while we were installing Sarge's. Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you.

My friends server is 68.49.242.56:2302 if you are interested in checking out the work we have done.
The server name on Dayz Commander is:

ok. we changed the variable file and we are getting loot in some places now, but very small amount and just tin cans and such. Any Ideas?
