Need help solving a unknown problem

Hello and thank you for helping me out.

It's about my Dayz Epoch server with some addons as well as basebuilding, the problem somehow kinda happened or i wasn't paying attention because it looked like there wasn't anything wrong.
It happens after each restart now any and all vehicles go back to there original position, and yes there spawned the normal way.
The RPT log looks like its producing more log then normal so i figured there would be an error in there that i could fix, but i am at the a stand still and dunno what to do.
I hope you guys can help me because this is really and odd problem for me.
The only thing that it looks like to me now is that somehow it won't talk to the database, but the question then is why.

Wow, that is s log file.. Looks like something going wrong with sarge's AI, lots of errors from that. Not sure how that would cause problems with the vehicles.

I would try a clean install to see if the vehicles get saved. Or check the hive to see if vehicles are being updated.

i will also try to revert back the recent chances i did first, if this won't work i will try your way.
The hive log seems fine although i would not know how to see a error in it, the only thing is that its being spammed with messages its file size increased to 10mb in the time i posted this.

You know what these messages mean?
Server: Network message 24de19 is pending
 
Have seen those when the hive has been stopped by 'broken' code (where a db update doesn't finish) or by server lag / overload..
