Need Serious help adding scripts to my DayZ.ST server (I will pay)

Hello I have my own DayZ.ST server and I need seriosu help customising it. I know everything that I want in there but I am having trouble doing it myself...
so if anybody wants to give advice, tutorial, how-to or even do it for me (if you do it for me I will pay)

Okay so heres what I want

Scripts
Dogs - should be fully working following attacking etc.. also with the commands such as stay etc...
Refuel at gas stations - I have seen this script floating around it makes sense..
Scavage Car parts - Be able to take car parts from other cars and add them to your own...
Self Blood Bag - you can give your self a blood bag but you do NOT get humanity points for it...
Care Packages - I want these to carry everything but extremely rare...

Server Edits
Server restart times - Is there a way to make it so my server restarts at specific times? I want every three hours so 12:00 3:00 6:00 9:00 and so on...
Custom Admin Spawn Location - I need the admins to spawn at the admin base can I make this happen?
Make admins assign to Opfor - I want the admin team to assign to Opfor because in the future I will be adding in an ADMIN AI team at our base.. I dont want the AI to attack us admins though

there may be some more things i can think of to but there the main ones. If you can help please post back!

You can add dogs just using the mission.pbo, I've seen people do it.
With carepackages you could just spawn an ammo crate.
Salvaging car parts isn't really that buggy, plus most of those scripts have a chance of breaking the part.
Having a team for admins, possible although very unlikely.
 
have had dogs working, Salvaging car parts is bugy but works. most of everything you want you cant rely have on dayz.st
