Need some help spawning banned(?) vehicles

So there are two vehicles that I would like to set spawns for on our Panthera server; the refuel and repair MTVRs. I have tried following the tutorials in place on the post at the top but I can't seem to get it to work. Can somebody get me started (preferably somebody who has done this before and has confirmed that either the refuel/repair Urals or MTVRs work on Panthera)?

My provider is Dayz.st if that makes any difference and we're running Panthera 1.8 and beta 103419.

Sorry we couldn't get to you, but I was wondering how you spawned banned vehicles so others trying to do so could possibly do it aswell.

Honestly I found a link on Xyberviri's guide (here) and I've been copying the vehicle database entries into my own database for our server and it seems to work.
