new server but no vehicle's

hi i just started hosting my own server for me and my mates but for some reson we can not find any vehicle's.
I used the bliss easy installer and have tryed the vehicle reset command can anyone help plz

Have you ran your vehicle_spawn.pl script? This script inserts the vehicles into the database. Go to a CMD window, cd to the folder and do "perl db_vehicle_spawn.pl" --name XXX --password XXX

I do this

perl "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\db_spawn_vehicles.pl" --name dayznamalsk --limit 125 --password yourDBpassword --cleanup all >> "C:\Spawn.log"

name password i didnt set one when i started the server only in the config file
also not on steam
