Objects to use for platforms?

Im making a AI City out in the water and im wondering what would be the best to use for a platform as of right now im useing the (land_nav_pier_c) but it just doesnt work out, Theres invisible walls you run into and it makes un even ground :S, As you can see below, Not the best ^^.

If anyone could suggest some objects/Roads/ Something that is solid and makes even ground, Please do reply .
Btw, Im useing Epoch Chernarus if that helps anything .

Does AI spawns work over water? Because zombie and loot doesn't.

Rigth, Thanks man , And im not going for loot/zombies , Just messes everything up since theres AI's aswell ^^.
