Player inventory not saving after modding .PBO

Hello All..
I'm having an issue I hadnt come across before. After adding SargeAI, Street lighting, auto refuel and Admin tools.

All players on our server revert back to the "default" loadout after logging in and out. Tents, vehicles,world save fine. Only players arent getting saved.

Anyone ran across this issue ?
