Lol, I guess the best thing about this post is that it shows DayZ.st are having problems. I guess at least Vilayer still has its servers online more than 10% of the time.

Nothing but server with uptime from them since early 2013, and as an OVH customer that DDOS protection is great at what it does on the tin and its free.
 
Well I have to say the part about dayzst looks like a desperate attempt to attack the competition.

I saw on the vilayer Youtube page they had to create a video explaining how to import your database from dayzst. (must be a ton of people jumping ship for them to have to put up a video about it)

As to Blur -AKA Blurgaming/ blur antihack the truth shall now be plastered here for all to see.

Blur gaming at the time of that post some 4 months ago was sending it's members out to attack servers with the hacks created by ********** that he gave them for free. They threatened to keep hacking those servers and suggested they go buy Blurgaming anti hack to stop the attacks.

Pretty smart idea... Create hacks. Give to many people and then tell them to go attack servers and then post in chat to get this great new anti-hack to stop this from happening.
Start posting everywhere about this new anti-hack you created and are selling to stop all these bad hackers from wrecking your servers. Boy i bet they made a lot of $$ from this scheme.

Also.. I don't see anything in Blur's post or screenshot about Vilayer.

I see a Skype convo.. maybe true..or maybe false....
I see a screenshot of someone saying stop attacking our servers with a link to a teamspeak that is not Vilayers.. or even on vilayers network after checking it.

Gotta love the way people try to manipulate something to serve their own agenda.

Its like the console battles, xbox360 vs ps3, one is obviously better than the other, its marketing and money involved.

Vilayer posts the vodep to try and get people to leave dayz.st, and the reason for ddos is because it is the biggest dayz hosting company, its all marketing and rage.. some do it in more obvious states than others
 
Sooooo who to believe? Ive had vilayer for awhile, Ive only ever had the servers go down maybe once or twice.... they didn't fess up to it being a DDoS right away, they said it was a power outage, but their facebook said it was DDoS. Either way it was up again within an hour. Ive not had much problems with Vilayer although their customer support does suck most of the time. But eventually stuff gets resolved and so no complaints about the actual service.. Ive had some lag issues with them as well but its not a dedicated server and I guess I can't complain.
Never had DayZ.st before although I thought of it when I was getting frustrated with Vilayer support... and also as an American, paying in a foreign currency is a bit annoying with exchange rates.
 
We are not 'desperate' nor 'having problems' by any stretch of the imagination... Vilayer has less than 350 servers and we have over 2000. Customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction are not a problem for us. They are simply claiming to host servers in Amsterdam, Paris, London, Milan, Prague, and New York when the servers are actually in Roubaix and Quebec. They are also claiming to offer DDoS protection in places that do not have it. These are blatant lies that I found to be reprehensible and worth informing people of, and anyone that knows how to use traceroute or ripe whois can verify it. It is simply a fact, regardless of what you think my motivations are... Saying that I have an agenda doesn't change the FACT that they are lying about what they are selling, this isn't a matter of 'who to believe', it simply is - and lying seems more anti-competitive than pointing out lies to me, but to each their own.

People move between server hosts because they are dissatisfied for whatever reason - we constantly have to help customers import databases from Vilayer, HFB, Vert, DayzPriv and more and I'm sure the other companies have had to do the same for us, this doesn't mean anything.

HFB and DayzPriv (before they failed to update to 1.8) are both larger competitors to us than Vilayer, and they don't engage in shady business practices.
 
I posted IP addresses to servers that Vilayer owns and has game servers on in the locations that he said they do not have BTW... and they do have them in each of the locations he said they don't.

These look like Amsterdam and NewYork to me... both of these IP's have multiple Vilayer hosted DayZ servers.

I will post more if this doesn't get deleted.
 
So after a night of back n forth all of my posts regarding Calling out ERSAN on his lies have now made my posts become removed..
All of my posts that call out Blurgaming for the lies he posted...

All of the posts with Trace routes to the servers that Vilayer owns in the locations that ersan saying they don't have them.

Must be great to have friends who are the mods to help you twist a story to your needs.

All of this is being forwarded to Dwarden as well... All of the private conversations that have taken place behind this post as well.
I am sure he will find some of the things mentioned here ( and behind the post in private ) very interesting.


Associations with some people will come back to bite you guys. Facts will always kick your butt as well.
 
They were removed on both ends by request, I had posts removed too, you aren't the only special one. Mods have to do their job and avoid conflict and you keep bringing it back up after it has been semi solved. Seems like you want this to keep going more than anyone because the thread was idling before all this, regardless if you have a problem with posts of individuals bring it up with them not banter and make threats at opendayz about something.

It has not been resolved..

ERSAN still has a post that declares that Vilayer does not have servers in the locations mentioned..

FACT: Vilayer has physical locations in those listed and I posted TRACE ROUTES to them for all to see... but they were removed... kinda Mysterious?? No kinda obvious whats going on.. and it has all been screen captured and recorded for all to see.

Will wait for the conclusion of this by the forum owner before i make it all public.
